Donald Warren Hough

Donald was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and grew up at 2400 26th Avenue South with his parents, Winfield “Shorty” and Marie, along with his siblings Lucille, Myrtle, Edward, Duane, and Winfield Jr.

During the war, Donald served in the Atlantic Theater, with deployments in both France and North Africa. He was part of the tank recovery corps, working to repair and return damaged tanks to service—an essential and often dangerous job that kept armored units moving forward.

He is deeply loved by his family, who remain grateful for his life and service.
